chair is overall good
neck support is good
lumbar is not that great cus it takes away too much sitting space
armrests are fine
makes a lil squeaky noise when u move around
mesh one is preferrable for indian climate cus its breathable

I think its a new brand but the quality of the chair is so premium and comfortable.
Its sturdy, ergonomics, fabric is so comfortable,
3D armrest deeply reclinable backrest & cool looking.
Getting a chair that meets all of the requirement is tough. Glad I found this.
The DIY assembly was also simple as it had manual in it.
